Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. seeks a Refrigeration & Med Gas Mechanic C to assemble, install, and repair piping, fittings, fixtures, and equipment for plumbing and HVAC systems, including refrigeration and medical gas setups.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration on job sites. You will read plans, cut and fit piping, install ductwork and equipment, and support skilled mechanics while learning through apprenticeship opportunities.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification required.
• Experience with plumbing, piping and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read drawings and install medical gas and refrigerant piping.

Responsibilities

• Cut and bore holes in structures for piping penetrations.
• Measure, cut, thread, bend and prepare pipe using hand/power tools and machines.
• Lift pipe and attach to structure using brackets, fittings and equipment.
• Install plumbing and HVAC equipment and systems.
• Assist with underground piping installation and testing.
• Develop skills and assist more skilled mechanics on tasks.
• Maintain piping systems and repair leaks as needed.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
