Responsibilities include:

• Performing repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems in supermarkets.
• Overseeing and coordinating with external contractors/vendors as needed.
• Using troubleshooting techniques for emergency and non-emergency repairs.
• Maintaining records of work performed and refrigerant inventories.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and EPA regulations.
• Providing excellent service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems independently.
• Technical training through apprenticeship, trade school, or equivalent experience.
• EPA Universal Certification; Refrigeration License preferred.
• Proficiency with building management systems and control systems.
• Knowledge of welding, plumbing, and relevant codes.
