Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking a Foreman to lead refrigeration installation teams on commercial and industrial projects in Eau Claire, WI. You will supervise rack systems, cases, piping and controls, ensuring safety, quality workmanship, and code compliance.

Responsibilities include planning daily field activities, coordinating with general contractors and subcontractors, mentoring technicians, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records to deliver reliable HVAC-R solutions.

Lead hands-on field crews on commercial and industrial construction projects by supervising refrigeration installation work, including rack systems, cases, piping, and controls. Enforce a safety-first, customer-focused culture while ensuring quality installations and code compliance.
