Job summary

TriMark USA, the nation’s leading provider of design services, equipment and supplies for the foodservice industry, seeks a Service Technician – Refrigeration in Atlanta, GA. You will diagnose, repair and maintain commercial refrigeration systems at customer sites, ensuring safety, quality and exceptional service.

The role supports growth with opportunities to advance into senior technician, lead technician, or supervisor roles, with benefits starting Day One and a strong emphasis on training

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification required.
• CFESA certification preferred.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems (reach-in coolers/freezers, walk-ins, blast chillers, ice machines, prep tables, display cases).
• Perform start-up of refrigeration equipment in various foodservice environments.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance for optimal performance.
• Maintain service documentation and customer records.
• Communicate repair status and recommendations to customers.
