Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and five years’ experience in food service equipment maintenance.
• EPA refrigeration certification required.
• Valid Iowa driver’s license and insurability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Apply basic knowledge of testing, repair, and replacement of general fixtures including electrical, refrigeration, heating, plumbing, and specialized equipment.
• Assist with renovation/remodeling of buildings.
• Perform preventive maintenance procedures and inspections with food service and building equipment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC efficiencies through BAS and DDC controls.
• Maintain records of maintenance procedures and work orders in CMMS.
