Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Development:

• Design and optimize evaporators, condensers, and compressors for high-efficiency cooling systems.
• Should be familiar with AHAM and ASHRAE standards and principles.
• Develop and refine thermal systems using advanced simulation tools (CFD, thermodynamic modeling).
• Select appropriate refrigerants and materials based on performance, cost, and environmental impact.
• Experience with Ammonia based refrigeration systems like Plate Freezers, Chillers, Cold Rooms, Flake Ice Machines, Etc.

2. System Testing & Validation:

• Conduct prototype testing and analyze data to validate system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to heat transfer efficiency, pressure drops, and refrigerant flow.
• Collaborate with the mechanical and electrical teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Research and integrate the latest advancements in HVAC and refrigeration technology.
• Optimize system designs for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including schematics, design calculations, and technical reports.
• Present findings and design updates to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
