Qualifications

• 1+ years of assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Experience using hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand 10-12 hours.
• Ability to read and understand measuring/testing instruments.

Responsibilities

• Assembling refrigeration components using pneumatic/hand tools into high quality products.
• Following safe work practices and company safety standards.
• Inspecting and testing new products to meet quality requirements.
• Suggesting improvements to product design and assembly.
• Assisting in defining assembly processes and work instructions.
• Training new employees on procedures and assembly techniques.
