Job summary

Midwest Refrigerated Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse associates, leads, and shipping personnel in a fast-paced environment. You will manage daily operations, ensure safety and accuracy, and drive performance improvements across shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

You will develop employees through coaching, onboarding, and training while maintaining compliance with food safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• 5+ years of experience operating stand-up forklifts.
• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems and RF scanning technology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize competing priorities and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of warehouse team and provide coaching.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor productivity and drive performance improvements.
• Develop employees through hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Provide operational coverage when needed.
