Job summary

Midwest Refrigerated Services is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for cross-dock operations in Allenton, WI. This on-site role leads a team to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse performance in a refrigerated environment.

You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and drive on-time order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation. Prior experience with WMS and standup forklifts is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience operating standup forklifts.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems and RF scanning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities, assign work, monitor performance, and coach employees.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and developing staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace and ensure food safety compliance.
• Address operational challenges, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues.
• Identify ways to improve warehouse processes and overall performance.
• Provide coverage and lead by example when needed.
