Job summary

Misfits Market in Tracy, CA is seeking a Production Associate for our warehouse to ensure accurate and fast fulfillment of customer orders in a temperature-controlled environment.

You’ll locate, pick, and pack items using WMS, monitor quality, and work with teammates to meet daily goals while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
• Strong verbal communications skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekends if needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a finger scanner and WMS to locate and select products in the refrigerated warehouse.
• Pack selected items into appropriate packaging considering temperature requirements.
• Ensure picked items match customer orders and meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks for damages or expiration issues.
• Work with teammates to achieve daily operational targets.
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate needs for replenishment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE in a food-based environment.
• Keep workspace safe, clean, and organized; complete safety trainings.
• Maintain knowledge across the production line, including box building and prepping.
