Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. is hiring an experienced Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator for a full-time, first-shift position in a refrigerated warehouse environment.

You will operate stand-up reach forklifts and other powered equipment to move, stack, and locate merchandise while following safety procedures. Responsibilities include receiving and put-away duties, picking and preparing orders for shipment, using RF scanners to track inventory, and assisting with cycle counts and inventory

Qualifications

• Experience operating a stand-up reach forklift in a refrigerated environment.
• Ability to perform receiving and put-away duties.
• Proficiency with RF scanners for inventory tracking.
• Basic understanding of cycle counts and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift and other powered equipment.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
• Perform receiving and put-away duties.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
• Use RF scanners to track products and inventory.
• Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper stock rotation.
• Follow all workplace safety and food safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
