Job summary

Branding Iron Holdings is seeking a Stand-Up Deep Reach Forklift Operator to safely move raw and finished goods within a controlled warehouse environment. You will perform case picking, staging, and loading/unloading using a stand-up deep reach forklift, maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to safety protocols.

The role operates in refrigerated and freezer settings, requiring consistent physical activity and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a stand-up deep reach forklift in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Ability to read and follow picking and staging orders and maintain basic inventory documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for safe, accurate warehouse operations.
• Proven attention to detail and problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently and perform standing, bending, and reaching tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up deep reach forklift to move raw and finished goods throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pull, and stage orders accurately according to production and customer requirements.
• Load and unload trailers while ensuring product integrity and minimizing damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, labeling, and placement of products.
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE, equipment checks, and warehouse safety protocols.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, supporting warehouse housekeeping standards.
• Work in cold environments, including 0°F freezer areas and 40°F production areas.
• Communicate with supervisors, leads, and team members to support smooth operations.
• Report equipment or product issues promptly to prevent downtime or quality concerns.
• Support overtime needs, including shifts before/after and some Saturdays.
