Job summary

Roehl Transport, Inc. is seeking a Refrigerated Customer Service Planner. You will ensure markets have an optimal balance of available drivers and loads, assign freight to drivers, and collaborate with customer service to schedule appointments. You will also work with Fleet Managers to keep drivers productive and maintain service levels.

You will communicate effectively, think strategically, and work cross-functionally to develop strong customer relationships and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assign highly productive freight to drivers to balance loads.
• Minimize unpaid miles and ensure on-time delivery in plan manager role.
• Collaborate daily with customer service to optimize freight mix and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Fleet Managers to keep drivers productive and ensure service.
• Develop business, find creative solutions and build relationships with customers.
