Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Refreshments Operator II – SBE in Worthington, OH, to ensure products are stocked and customer equipment runs smoothly. You will stock inventory, manage orders, and liaise with client staff to identify product interest, while using a laptop to track PAR levels and invoicing.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lb.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a role requiring interpersonal and customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Client interaction, communication, organization/time management are critical to success.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing demands.
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to repeatedly lift packages, up to 50 lb (drinks and snacks).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Unload and stock daily inventory at client site, ensuring freshness by monitoring date codes.
• Manage ordering, delivery, and stocking of items at client location.
• Communicate with customer's employees about new product interest.
• Use a laptop to manage PAR levels, product orders and client invoicing.
• Perform repairs to best of ability and support service calls.
• Call in orders and service calls to head office.
• Distribute promotional materials and merchandises complete product line.
• Clean equipment and exchange decanters on visits.
• Coordinate with Route Sales Manager or General Manager on issues at customer locations.
