Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing demands.
• Good sense of urgency and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lb (drinks and snacks).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and travel to other locations.
• Role requires frequent bending, keying/fingering, hearing, speaking, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Unload and stock daily inventory at client site, ensuring product freshness.
• Manage ordering, delivery, and stocking of items at the client location.
• Communicate with customer's employees about new product interest.
• Use a laptop to manage stocking PAR levels, product orders and client invoicing.
• Performs repairs to best of ability.
• Calls in orders and service calls to head office.
• Distributes promotional materials and merchandises complete product line.
• Cleans equipment and exchanges decanters on each visit.
• Communicates with Route Sales Manager or GM regarding customers and reports on pending problems or competitors.
• Maintains a good working relationship and projects a positive image of the company.
