Module 1 Training in Studio:

• July 25 12-8pm
• July 26 9-5 pm
• July 27 9-5pm

Module 2 Training in Studio:

• September 20 12-6pm
• September 21 12-6pm

* must be able to attend both Module 1 and 2 in-person training sessions and be available to teach 4 hours a week. Limited to 14 founding instructors.

Who We’re Looking For

As an Instructor at BODYBAR, you’ll deliver dynamic, form-focused workouts that build strength, connection, and confidence in every class. We’re looking for a high-energy professional to lead sessions using the BODYBAR method while inspiring and motivating clients. Reporting to the Fitness Manager, you’ll create a standout experience that keeps members coming back.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of BODYBAR’s method, mission, vision, and goals
• Design and instruct Pilates-based group fitness classes, according to the BODYBAR teaching formula, that are safe and effective for clients of all fitness levels
• Educate participants on proper and safe exercise form
• All teachers are responsible for securing subs for all assigned classes in a timely manner. Any classes not subbed remain the responsibility of the teacher
• Create community at the studio through engagement with members before, during, and after class

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others feel strong
• Strong communication and people skills
• Pilates or group fitness experience (preferred, not required)
• Complete the Comprehensive BODYBAR Pilates Instructor Training Program, including passing each apparatus test-out
