Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred in business management, operations or chemistry.
• Minimum 2 years of production leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic mechanical maintenance and electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee refining activities and act as hands-on group leader.
• Review refining lots and prepare reports on settlements and trends.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve refining questions.
• Coordinate new services and promotions with marketing and sales.
• Lead safety, environmental, and quality work completion.
