Job summary

Per Sé Group seeks an experienced Turnaround Field Coordinator/Planner to support refinery turnarounds in Superior, WI. This onsite role requires coordinating field execution, reviewing work packages, and mentoring junior staff during planned outages.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and contractor teams to execute scopes safely, efficiently, and on schedule, while adapting to field challenges in varying Wisconsin seasons.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of refinery or petrochemical turnaround experience.
• Experience coordinating large, complex maintenance or construction events.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to meet refinery safety and execution standards.
• Experience reviewing work packages and constructability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field execution of refinery turnarounds, outages, catalyst changes, and major maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Inspection, Supply Chain, and contractor supervision to execute scopes.
• Identify and resolve field execution challenges and support schedule adherence.
• Review turnaround work packages for scope completeness, safety and readiness.
• Conduct field walkdowns to validate plans, identify risks, and confirm requirements.
• Coordinate daily progress updates with turnaround schedulers.
• Support capital project constructability reviews and integration with turnaround activities.
• Develop work packages and job plans during low activity periods.
• Mentor developing turnaround personnel and promote continuous improvement.
• Promote safe work practices and refinery standards.
