Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years in soybean crushing, oil refining, or related industrial ops.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Refined Oil production operations on the assigned shift.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor productivity metrics and approve shift reports and KPIs.
• Support planning of plant shutdowns and maintenance activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and action planning.
