Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license in the job location.
• Must possess TSA issued TWIC.
• Guard card/licence preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Aged 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular vehicle patrols of production areas, tank farms, warehouses, and perimeter lines; report unsafe conditions.
• Monitor access points and control entry/exit by verifying authorization and issuing credentials.
• Respond to incidents calmly, support evacuations and muster procedures, and communicate updates to site contacts.
