Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant process engineering experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret process data and implement solutions.
• Knowledge of process safety management principles including hazard analysis, risk assessment, and management of change.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient performance.
• Monitor process conditions and key operating parameters to identify optimization opportunities.
• Analyze operated data and trends to improve efficiency, product quality, and energy use.
• Troubleshoot process upsets and equipment issues; implement corrective actions.
• Support design, startup, and optimization of equipment and systems including distillation columns and reactors.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and technical teams on production objectives.
• Participate in process improvement and debottlenecking projects to enhance unit performance.
• Perform process safety evaluations, hazard analyses, and management of change activities.
• Develop process documentation, calculations, and operating guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
