Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while following procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of refinery buildings and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and documenting visitor activity.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner and notify site contacts.
• Prepare accurate logs, incident reports, and shift handoff documentation.
