Responsibilities include loading/unloading products, operating heaters, blending materials, coordinating with teams, and managing water and utility systems.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer.
• TWIC card eligibility required by regulations.
• Pass a pre-employment physical exam; job is outdoors, year-round.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and participate in random testing.
• Must obtain Homeland Security TWIC and respirator clearance.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload products at loading racks or railcar facility.
• Operate fired heaters and monitor boiler for steam production.
• Blend asphalts, emulsions, and/or motor gasoline to meet specs.
• Coordinate with process operators, lab and truck drivers.
• Set up transfers between tank farm, process units and marine dock.
• Move crude and refined products via valves and pumps.
• Respond to emergencies and operate safety equipment.
• Maintain logs, transfer sheets, and safety permits.
