Marathon Petroleum is seeking Refinery Operator Trainees for the St. Paul Park, Minnesota facility. You will monitor processes, support unit startup/shutdown, and perform routine equipment checks while maintaining safety and product quality.

The role requires a willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings and on-site assessments. Training starts March 29, 2027.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to work a 12-hour rotating shift including weekends, nights, holidays and overtime.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor equipment and processes to maximize product specs and yields.
• Support startup/shutdown of units and operate during upsets.
• Perform periodic equipment monitoring and data entry; troubleshoot problems.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and wear PPE; participate in emergency response.
