Qualifications

• Ability to motivate and lead a 21-member operations group.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage overall production of refinery vs. plan.
• Manage budget costs for re-refinery process.
• Oversee hiring, training, coaching, evaluation, and discipline of staff.
