Job summary

Kern Energy is hiring a Loader at its refinery to safely load and unload materials, monitor transfers, and ensure accurate documentation. The role requires adherence to safety standards and collaboration with refinery personnel and truck drivers.

The successful candidate will operate pumps, pipelines, and related equipment, perform routine inspections, and participate in 24/7 shift coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior refinery/industrial loader experience preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload materials using appropriate equipment.
• Transfer materials between storage tanks, vessels, and transport units.
• Inspect materials for quality and report discrepancies or spills.
• Operate and maintain loading/unloading equipment following safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of materials received, stored, and shipped.
