Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology or Analytical Science preferred.
• Seven or more years of relevant experience.
• Able to work off-hour duties such as plant shutdowns and routine on-call support.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ten or more years of QC/production laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience with LIMS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees the overall operation of the Laboratory to align with refinery goals, safe, and efficient operation.
• Promotes safety and environmental stewardship for Laboratory policies and tests.
• Drives a culture of continuous improvement and ensures data accuracy for QC testing.
• Manages Laboratory equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, and testing budgets.
• Provides coaching and development to Laboratory team members and aligns efforts across units.
