Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator in Tulsa, OK to support refinery maintenance and construction projects. You will operate excavators, backhoes, front-end loaders, skid steers, and other equipment, performing excavation, grading, and material handling with safety first.

Applicants should have 3+ years of industrial experience, read site plans, pass drug and background checks, and hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience in industrial settings.
• Ability to read site plans and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate excavators, backhoes and loaders.
• Perform excavation, grading, and material handling tasks.
• Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment.
• Conduct pre-use inspections and report issues promptly.
• Follow refinery safety requirements and participate in trainings.
• Assist with maintenance, outages, and turnarounds as needed.
