Job summary

Stellar Energy is seeking a Full-time, non-exempt Heavy Equipment Operator at our Fort Worth, TX facility to move materials and support structural assembly. You will perform pre-operation inspections, maintain equipment logs, and enforce safety/OSHA rules while aiding production timelines and quality goals.

Occasional travel may be required; first and second shifts available. Applicants should have 3+ years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED; vocational training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years related experience or training.
• Ability to perform accurate measurements and calculations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment including Class 7 & Class 5 Forklifts, 36K Fork Truck, Carry Deck Crane, Gantry Crane, Combi Lift.
• Safely transport, load, and unload construction materials across the job site.
• Assist with structural assembly and movement of components using lifting equipment.
• Maintain daily equipment logs and perform pre-operation inspections and safety walk-arounds.
• Identify and report mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
• Follow production schedules and complete tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
• May work in various weather conditions and challenging terrain.
