This role involves shelving incoming files from State agencies, managing refiles and interfiles, supporting records transfers, and disposal processes.
Education: High school diploma or equivalency.
Experience: Six months in administrative, clerical, or secretarial work. Substitutions include 30 college credits or military service experience involving staff work.
Complete and submit an accurate application, including all relevant experience and education. A background check may be required. Eligible candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and submit transcripts if applicable.
Contractual employees working 30+ hours/week may be eligible for health benefits, with contributions. Other benefits include dental, life insurance, and leave accrual.
