• Answer a 24-line phone system, prioritize calls and triage cases under pressure.
• Input patient demographics electronically and schedule appointments using multiple EMR systems.
• Ensure equitable physician distribution and follow-up with patients and referral sources.
• Maintain good working relationships with physician offices and referral sources to increase referrals and resolve complaints.
• Track access statistics for monthly reports and update physician protocols and insurance information.
• Perform case management services for out-of-town patients.
