• Skill in communicating effectively with physicians/clinicians about referrals/radiology.
• Ability to multitask effectively, dealing with phone calls, in-office patients, staff and others pleasantly with calm and clear communication in all circumstances.
• Ability to flexibly respond to changing demand and plan, organize and prioritize accordingly.

• JOB SUMMARY

  • The Referral Specialist is responsible for performing all aspects of the patient referral process including coordinating and completing referrals ordered by providers, acquiring and verifying third party information for referrals, obtaining referral appointments, and tracking referrals.

    • 6 months Scheduling Rep experience

  • Required Licenses/Certifications
