Job summary

Experience: about 2 years in a medical office is preferred, or an Associate's degree may substitute for experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Processes all referral requests for the practice, including in-office and telephone requests for primary care physician to specialist physician referrals, in accordance with individual office protocol while following mandated insurance guidelines. Qualifications:

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Associate's Degree preferred

Work Experience

• 2 years of related experience, preferably a medical office setting required or
• Associate's degree can substituted in lieu of experience requirement
