Job summary

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation seeks a referral coordinator to process all referral requests for the practice, including in-office and telephone requests for PCP to specialist referrals, in accordance with office protocol and insurance guidelines.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, an Associate’s degree preferred; at least 2 years of related experience (an Associate's degree can substitute for experience).

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of related experience, preferably in a medical office setting; Associate's degree can substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Processes all referral requests for the practice, including in-office and telephone requests for PCP-to-specialist referrals.
