Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Midtown is seeking a Referral Rep to process referral requests for the practice, coordinating between primary care and specialist referrals. This role operates within our Columbus, GA site and adheres to mandated insurance guidelines.

Candidates should have a HS Diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree preferred and at least 2 years of related medical office experience. This is a full-time on-site position at the John B. Amos Cancer Center.

• Processes all referral requests for the practice, including in-office and telephone requests for primary care physician to specialist physician referrals, in accordance with individual office protocol while following mandated insurance guidelines.
