Community Health Network is seeking a Referral Relations Coordinator for Lutherwood, focusing on strengthening partnerships with referral sources and guiding admissions for residents at Trinity House and Secure Residential.

The role requires coordinating with leadership to improve patient outcomes while ensuring a smooth admission experience for new residents. Local travel and on-site work are expected in Indiana.

Qualifications

• 1+ years knowledge of major systems serving youth and families (child welfare, juvenile justice, education).
• 2+ years experience in marketing, public relations, assessments, interviewing and/or counseling, preferably in residential treatment facility.
• 4 year / Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health (Preferred). High School Diploma (Required).
• Current Indiana driver’s license.

Make a Difference

The Referral Relations Coordinator at Lutherwood Residential facilitates Lutherwood's relationship with current and potential referral sources. This individual works hand-in-hand with leadership to achieve quality outcomes for our patients. The Referral Relations Coordinator will facilitate a positive admission experience for all new residents that including both Trinity House and Secure Residential.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

• 1+ years: Knowledgeable about major systems that serve youth and families, including child welfare, juvenile justice and education (Required).
• 2+ years: Two years experience in marketing, public relations, assessments, interviewing and/or counseling people, preferably in a residential treatment facility (Required).
