Job description

We believe in a world where growth thrives across borders and cultures. Our mission is to guide companies on their journey by providing services and technology that enables global talent management and delivers a human experience.

As an Employer-of-Record (EOR) provider, we offer the HR and compliance infrastructure essential for companies to expand internationally. We take care of the complex, behind-the-scenes work, allowing companies to focus on the strategies that drive their success. We are For People, By People.

The future of work is borderless, and so are we. Our people are located around the globe — in the U.S., the UK, India, Colombia, China, and beyond. Diversity and belonging are not just values, they are who we are.

We are also committed to making a positive impact. Through our Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) impact initiative, we are addressing our environmental footprint and promoting social responsibility. Our impact program is central to our vision and culture, focusing on employee wellness, diversity, charitable work, and ethical corporate governance.

If you are interested in working in a people-centric, global organization, apply below.

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Partner Manager to join our growing team. This role is a strategic and partner-facing role that is responsible for nurturing relationships with partners . This position is critical for Atlas to expand its market reach and build a strong ecosystem of partners. This role is part of our Partner team with ongoing relationship management and continued growth.

This role will work closely with the Partner team to develop referral partners and continually keep them apprised of Atlas capabilities and provide a value proposition.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in partner sales with exposure to partner management, deal cycles, and commercial negotiations.

Responsabilities

Partner Relationship & Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute partner strategies that drive continual growth with assigned partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Lead a regular partner cadence for ongoing education on Atlas's offerings and management of incoming requests.
  • Attend industry conferences and build networks to develop relationships within the industry and with complementary partners.

Partner Enablement & Onboarding

  • Create and maintain sales materials that support revenue generation from referral partners.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales Enablement to craft assets and content for referral partners.
  • Define and implement a smooth, well-run onboarding experience for new referral partners.
  • Define and implement a clear, efficient process for partners to pass leads to Atlas.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Facilitate regular communication between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Project manage internal initiatives with the Product & Technology team to set up partner network integrations.
  • Use data to identify areas for improvement in partner operations and enablement.
  • Proactively identify and resolve conflicts or issues that arise with partners.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance against key metrics and goals.
  • Provide regular reports and business reviews to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of partner activity (to/from Atlas) in HubSpot.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years in channel/partner management, business development, or channel sales, with exposure to a reseller or indirect sales model.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting and onboarding new referral partners from prospecting through signed agreements.
  • Experience managing an existing partner portfolio — driving engagement, enablement, and pipeline growth with established partners.
  • Proficiency with CRM/PRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and comfort-owning partner data hygiene and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to flex between strategic conversations with partner executives and hands‑on operational troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in EOR, preferably in payroll models, PEO
  • Familiarity with partner tiering models and channel incentive design
  • Experience building partner scorecards or KPIs to track program health
  • Background working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance on partner agreements and payouts
  • Project management skills — this role often means juggling recruitment, relationship maintenance, and process improvement simultaneously
  • Equally comfortable "hunting" for new partners and "farming" existing relationships
  • Detail-oriented — operations work (contracts, reporting, payouts) requires precision, not just relationship skill
  • Organized and process-minded; can create structure where none exists
  • Strategic enough to prioritize which partners matter most, practical enough to execute the operational grind

What you’ll bring:

This role is crucial in scaling a company’s business through its partners and ensuring that these relationships contribute positively to the company’s growth and customer.
