This leader partners closely with senior executives, UX/design, brand, product, content, and performance marketing to ensure the website represents Atlas’ global brand at the highest level. They also mentor and develop website and digital operations talent, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and best‑in‑class user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the global website strategy and long‑term roadmap, including architecture, design systems, navigation, UX, and performance optimization.
  • Lead continuous improvement of the site’s functionality, technical foundation, and content operations to support global growth objectives.
  • Oversee website performance and analytics, including conversion rates, traffic quality, load performance, SEO health, and behavioral engagement metrics.
  • Partner with senior leadership to position the website as a strategic business driver and central destination for awareness, education, and conversion.
  • Lead and mentor the global website, development, and digital operations teams, fostering technical excellence, innovation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with branding, creative, and product marketing to ensure the website consistently reflects the global brand, product messaging, and customer value propositions.
  • Drive technical SEO, site performance enhancements, and programmatic automation across the website, landing pages, and integrated systems.
  • Manage secure, scalable integrations with third‑party services, APIs, analytics tools, and marketing technology platforms.
  • Partner with performance marketing and analytics teams to design experiments, improve user journeys, and identify opportunities to increase conversion and pipeline generation.
  • Maintain a comprehensive, executive‑ready website performance dashboard, delivering insights and recommendations for continual optimization.
  • Lead large‑scale development initiatives in partnership with agencies, engineering partners, and internal technical teams.
  • Contribute to marketing leadership forums, supporting long‑term planning, prioritization, and unified customer journey development.
  • Ensure that all website enhancements and operations adhere to industry best practices, accessibility standards, and security requirements.
Experience Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in technology, marketing, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7–9 years of proven experience in website management, full‑stack or front‑end development, digital operations, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale web development projects, SEO/SEM initiatives, and partnerships with agencies and technical partners.
  • Strong experience with landing page optimization, user funnel design, and A/B or multivariate experimentation.
  • Deep expertise with web analytics and management tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Experience managing marketing tech stack integrations and collaborating across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into insights, decisions, and executive recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.
  • Passion for innovation, UX/UI excellence, and building frictionless, high‑performing digital experiences.
