Our service model focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition of your mental health patients. Based on the results of an assessment, we determine the most appropriate level of care and recommend treatment facilities. The tele-psychiatric assessment and consultation services we offer are designed to connect people with the care providers best equipped to address their mental health issues. Rapid response means that the patient will get to the most appropriate level of care faster and expedite their journey to wellness.

Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Phoenix is seeking a dynamic and talented Referral Management Team Lead - Full Time. The Referral Management Team Lead has the responsibility of providing assistance to the Clinical Director with oversight of the Referral Management Team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead and Support referral management team in achieving goals, providing training, completing staff scheduling and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring facilities and other stakeholders.
• Provide assessing skills in crisis situations, ability to quickly gather and analyze information, assess risk factors, and make informed decisions regarding appropriate interventions.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

Preferred license in the State of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (“LCSW”).

Current CPR, Vaccines, if required by a customer hospital.

Current Drivers License

EXPERIENCE

Required 1-3 year similar work experience, Preferred 3-5 years.

Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.
