University of Louisville Physicians is seeking a Referral Coordinator to coordinate referrals for specialty services and imaging. You will verify referrals, authorizations, and pre-certifications, and schedule appointments while ensuring timely communication with patients and physicians.

The Referral Coordinator works with patients requiring a referral, to ensure patient’s referral needs are fulfilled for specialty service office visits and diagnostic imaging.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience: Minimum one (1) year of working in a medical facility with knowledge of health care field and medical office protocols/procedures (preferred)
