Job summary

Archbold Primary Care in Thomasville, GA is seeking a Referral Coordinator to manage precertifications and scheduling for diagnostic tests. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with insurance precert/authorizations. Full-time, day shift (8am–5pm).

CMA preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. You will work with physicians, office staff, and families to coordinate timely, efficient patient care in a busy clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent, CMA preferred.
• Experience: Computer, Customer Service, Insurance Pre-cert/Authorizations, Scheduling, Medical Terminology.

Responsibilities
