Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Family Practice Coordinator to support appointment scheduling, referral processing, and communication across multiple locations. Under general direction, you will organize requests, obtain pre-authorizations, and track status to ensure smooth patient flow.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of medical office experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
