Community Health of Central Washington is seeking a Referral Coordinator in Yakima, WA to streamline patient referrals and support care teams. You will coordinate referrals with providers, clinics, insurers, and specialists to ensure next steps are clear and timely for patients.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma and at least 2 years of related experience, with a valid driver's license. Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED is required.
• 2 years related experience is required.
• Driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
• Immunizations are required prior to start date (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU).
• Pre-employment drug screen is required.

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients access the care they need? CHCW is looking for a dedicated Referral Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll play an important part in coordinating patient referrals, supporting our healthcare providers, and ensuring patients can navigate the next steps in their healthcare journey with confidence. Working closely with providers, clinic teams, insurance companies, and specialists, you’ll help ensure referrals are processed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. If you enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and making a meaningful difference in patient care, we’d love to hear from you! Position is full-time, M-F.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED is required
• 2 years related experience is required
• Driver’s license and auto insurance is required
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred and a plus!

$18.96 - $22.88 hourly

$1.00 bilingual differential (must pass ALTA)
