Responsabilidades

• Communicate delays or denials to the ProHealth team and employer; participate in case management meetings.
• Process referrals by CPT/ICD-9 coding; schedule and track Digestive Health referrals as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and deliver high-level customer service in a team setting.

The job produces some physical demands.
