Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge with data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile itemized hospital bills and verify patient insurance coverage.
• Compute patient insurance benefits and communicate eligibility.
• Coordinate with Admitting Office, Medical Records and physicians' staff.
• Assist in performance improvement and CQI activities.
• Support pre-authorization and referral workflows.
