Job summary

JPMorganChase's Reference Data team seeks a Product Owner to shape how critical data products are built, delivered, and optimized across the Firm. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and drive delivery in an Agile environment.

You will lead cross-functional workstreams, facilitate testing, manage risks, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes aligned with strategic goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in product, financial services, technology, project management, or related fields.
• Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skillsets.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working on projects involving multiple stakeholders and financial domain technology.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing cycles with key stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Articulate the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Organize, schedule, coordinate, and control project activities and resources.
• Provide training and support to users to understand the data product.
• Identify issues and risks, define mitigation strategies, and manage risk communication or escalation.
• Gather user feedback to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Handle multiple deliverables concurrently to deliver high quality results within timelines.
