Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Reference Data Product Owner to shape how critical data products are built, delivered, and optimized across the Firm.

You will work at the crossroads of business strategy and technology execution, influencing decisions across lines of business. You will collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technology teams to plan, execute, and track delivery using Agile processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in product, financial services, technology, project management, or other relevant fields.
• Ability to quickly learn and assimilate business and technical knowledge.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skillsets.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with business and technical stakeholders and management.
• Experience working on projects that involve interaction with various stakeholders and technology within a financial domain.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong partnership skills and experience influencing key stakeholders.
• Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing cycles by partnering with key stakeholders to validate business requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Organize, schedule, coordinate, and control project activities and resources.
• Provide training and support to users, helping them understand the data product.
• Identify issues and risks, define mitigation strategies, and manage risk communication or escalation processes.
• Gather user feedback on the product to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Handle multiple deliverables concurrently to deliver high quality results in committed timeframes
