Job summary

Concordance is seeking a Post-Release Therapist in Charleston, SC to support participants on their healing journey within a multidisciplinary care team. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in mental health and substance use disorders
• Endorsement of a 12-step program and experience with CBT interventions
• CPR/Adult First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly 1:1 and group sessions with CBT and MI approaches.
• Document sessions and progress in the electronic record system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team and participate in team meetings.
• Assist with center events setup and classroom arrangements as needed.
