Bexar County PA is hiring a Re-Entry Technician for the BCSO in Texas. The role conducts risk/needs assessments, implements reentry interventions, and coordinates MATCH/PATCH visits between incarcerated parents and their children.

• Associate degree in social services, psychology, criminal justice or related field required.
• Two years’ experience in social services or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to follow policies, maintain confidentiality and work with diverse groups.

Responsabilidades

• Performs risk/needs assessments and refers to intervention programs.
• Conducts reentry interventions including evidence based programs and life skills classes.
• Schedules and monitors MATCH/PATCH contact visits between incarcerated parents and children.
• Maintains program files, tracks data, and documents interactions with detainees.
• Prepares and facilitates class presentations to inmates, staff, and partners.
• Collaborates with community agencies to ensure participants receive support.
• Plans activities and events supporting reentry efforts.
