Job summary

Jubilee Housing in Washington, DC seeks a Resident Monitor to work with the Reentry Housing and Services team, ensuring health, safety and supportive accountability for residents. You will coordinate services, document activities, and support a therapeutic environment.

The role involves engaging residents, coordinating with program staff, and maintaining professional boundaries while upholding confidentiality and anti-discrimination policies. Evening hours and flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with justice-involved individuals is preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care systems of care.
• Strong interpersonal, engagement, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed resident engagement entries via the Resident Connect System.
• Observe, monitor and record resident medication distribution with confidential records.
• Conduct incident reports and report issues to the Program Coordinator.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
